When you've been diving, you may have noticed an Oxygen cylinder located in the dive vehicle or dive boat. Oxygen is the prime method of first aid for almost any diving related injury. But do you know how to administrate Oxygen to an injured diver? This course is intended for all divers and anyone working around divers. It will give you the knowledge necessary to safely administer oxygen to an injured diver. The course consists of a day in the classroom and is open to anyone 12 years old or above. Contents Recognise the signs and symptoms of a dive injury. Know benefits of providing oxygen to an injured diver. Know and List the potential hazards of working with oxygen.
