- find the item you require
- choose the colour/size, if applicable, by clicking on the drop down list to view the options, then clicking again on the one you require.
- click the "Add to cart " or "buy now" button
- you can remove items from your basket or alter the quantity required at any time.
- click the "Proceed to Checkout" button when you have finished shopping, this will then take you to PayPal secure site for payment.
Payment
We are using paypal as our preferred method for receiving payment online.
Returns Policy
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we will exchange or refund in full, excluding carriage, provided that the items are returned within 7 days, are unused and in their original condition & packaging. Please note that packaging i.e. manufacturers boxes must also be in the same condition as when received.
If you return goods because they were ordered incorrectly or if clothing does not fit, then you will pay the return postage costs. If you would like us to replace the goods with another size or colour, we will charge carriage on the replacement.
If you return an item because it was faulty when it was delivered, we will refund your postage costs for returning it to us. Please check with us before returning any goods as we will only refund the basic postage charge.

We do not match our internet prices in store.
Delivery
If you order by 1pm Tuesday to Friday we aim to dispatch your order same day. Orders received after this will be dispatched the next working day. All items depending on value will be dispatched via Royal Mail, Parcel Force or any carrier as chosen for by us and will need to be signed for upon delivery.
Delivery Costs
All items from our online store will be shipped by a signed for method either via Royal mail or a carrier free of charge within the United Kingdom.
Tax Charges (VAT)
All the prices shown in our store include VAT @ 17.5%. If you are ordering from outside the EU you do not have to pay VAT. This will be subtracted automatically at the checkout.
Guarantee
All the products we sell come with the manufacturers guarantee and warranty. In the unlikely event of a fault please return the item directly back to us and we will handle the problem for you.
